Julian is a hero recently released by Moonton in the Mobile Legends game. This hero who has a role as a fighter/mage is so OP and most interestingly this hero is very flexible because it can be played in various positions ranging from offlaner, midlaner and even jungler.

- Spell Vamp which was originally 25% will now be 20%

- Reduced lifesteal efficiency to match other area effect skills

Skill 3
- Base Damage will get a considerable reduction from the initial 340-500 now will be 300-420

The Nerf obtained by Julian certainly makes it not as terrible as before. This will make you think twice about banning or picking this hero when fighting in Rank.
