One of the biggest updates ever in PUBG MOBILE has officially launched. Version 1.5 is available today and will bring many new additions, including the Erangel map and a new game mode called Mission Ignition, a collaboration with TESLA, and a complete overhaul of the Royale Pass system.

The much-loved Erangel map has been completely overhauled! At Mission Ignition, the fictional technology and energy company, DynaHex, has arrived at Erangel, turning it into a new experimental base and platform to realize their latest scientific achievements. Players can enter the new Erangel through the entrance to EvoGround.

In this battlefield, players can enjoy a new combat experience, hone skills through various futuristic equipments, and take advantage of new transportation and material search methods through new scientific facilities. New buildings and interactive elements have divided players' battle strategies as they explore a state-of-the-art technologically altered island with Erangel's six main districts, namely:

* Transit Center (formerly Pochinki)
* Port of Georgopol (formerly Georgopol)
* Tech Center (formerly the School)
* Security Center (formerly the Military Base)
* Logistics Agency (formerly Yasnaya Polyana)
* Energy Center (formerly Mylta Power)

Players can take advantage of a new massive transportation network, HyperLines, to move between predefined locations in a given amount of time to their own tactical advantage. HyperLines has connected various locations in Erangel making travel more efficient. Another dynamic movement mechanism has been implemented through the presence of elevators and automatic doors in urban areas, while the new Air Conveyor allows vertical movement through the air. New items were also introduced, such as an Anti-Gravity motorbike, Riot Shield, and a Tactical Marking Device to mark the position of injured enemies and display the status of teammates while engaged in battle.

The update version 1.5 also features a collaboration between two of the most innovative brands in the world, PUBG MOBILE and TESLA. Interested in the technological leap in Erangel, TESLA has installed their Gigafactory at four locations across the map. Players can enter the Gigafactory and see the TESLA Model Y production from start to finish. Then, players can drive in new cars and experience the advanced autopilot features available on all TESLA vehicles. The self-driving TESLA Semi will also appear randomly on country roads and run automatically along certain routes. Players can inflict attacks on Semi to drop her supply box and get combat gear.

To accommodate the ever-evolving world of PUBG MOBILE, a new cycle system has been introduced to meet the schedule of upcoming themes and seasons. In line with this change, from version 1.5 onwards, the Royale Pass will be replaced with the Royale Pass Month (RPM) system which runs for one month only. The price for each of these RPMs is 360 UC (subtracted from 600 UC) and the highest ranking has been reduced, from 100 to 50. The number of prizes will also be increased. A Challenge Point system has also been implemented to evaluate player actions by awarding bonuses for positive behavior, such as not exiting the game, not shooting teammates or AFKing.

A number of improvements have also been made to the PUBG MOBILE Classic Mode, namely:

* A new MG3 Light Machine Gun has been added to the airdrop, using 7.62 caliber bullets.
* The M249 will now only appear on land, and will no longer appear from airdrops.
* All weapons will now include a new fire mode setting where players can change settings and adjust the scope sensitivity of each weapon used.
* New features have been added to make using throwing and consuming items easier.
* Equipment and medicine can be thrown at teammates.
* Death replay has been optimized.
* The number indicating the remaining ammo the player has will change color to indicate when it is nearly empty. The number will turn yellow when 25% ammo is left and red when only 10% is left.
* Players can rank, choose tags, and provide match feedback to their friends.
* The winning player can take a photo with the new Chicken Dinner special figurine and share it with friends. Players will remain in the game for 60 seconds after winning.
* Additional improvements include disabling auto pick-up when the player heals, auto-switching to a secondary weapon when the primary weapon runs out of ammo, and auto pick-up of melee weapons when unarmed.

The version 1.5 update will also include a new mode, Clan Clash, which pits clans of equal activity type and level against each other in 14-day battles. Clan members will receive Clan Points after completing Clan Clash missions which will be used to earn daily rewards. Prior to the end of the event, the clan with the higher base prize amount will be crowned the winner of the season which culminates in a clan win and individual contribution that provides good returns.

All new titles and achievements have been added to the All-Talent Championship along with regional rankings independent of the All-Talent Championship rankings. Players can enter the regional rankings every week by participating in at least one match. The rankings will be reset weekly with prizes awarded to each team based on the ranking of each week they participated.

As one of the most popular games in the world, PUBG MOBILE works tirelessly to ensure cheat-free gameplay. To continue world-class protection for players, PUBG MOBILE is introducing new event content and rewards to its Security Zone. A new event window has been included for easy browsing of event content with the offer of permanent rewards, such as outfits and avatar frames that can be unlocked through completing a series of daily check missions to encourage and support players who continue to help combat cheaters.
